  • Troy founded T2SR Consulting Inc. in 2020 after leading an asset management consulting business in Calgary. He brings more than 20 years of public sector experience, primarily with the City of Calgary, where he most recently served as Capital Lifecycle Lead and managed a $20-million budget while prioritizing more than 300 projects. His background includes asset management, capital planning, procurement, project management, staff leadership and operational planning. Troy is especially skilled at building practical systems that help organizations make clearer decisions, align priorities and move work forward with confidence.

  • Todd joined T2SR Consulting Inc. after a 29-year career with the City of Calgary Parks, including 21 years on the Calgary Parks Management Team. He played a key role in developing PARIS, the Parks Asset Reporting and Information System, which supports asset data management, capital lifecycle planning and service-level improvement. Todd also led city-wide portfolios in urban forestry, water management, business and asset strategies, festivals and events, cultural landscapes, park infrastructure and pathways. He is especially skilled at connecting strategy to operations, improving service delivery and communicating effectively with councils, stakeholders and communities.
